"Supporting Neurodiversity in Schools: Inclusive Practices at Their Best"
According to the 2022 CDC reports, one in every thirty-six children will be diagnosed with autism this year. Todays educators have an important role in preparing future professionals and community members to become compassionate leaders to take part in changing the narrative about disability and neurodivergence.
The Guiding Extraordinary Minds (GEM) Educator Certification Training course provides the foundations, language, frameworks, tools, and practical ideas to immerse (neurodivergent) students and the adult guides who work with them to build a strong, inclusive culture from the ground up in a school setting. GEM curriculum supports ALL students to embrace their authenticity, to self-advocate in the real world and to foster belonging for everyone.
