We believe that supporting Autistic people's authenticity is the pathway to creating fulfilling lives.

Maisie Soetantyo is a late-diagnosed openly autistic curriculum designer, inclusivity trainer, and customized employment specialist. She is the Founder of Guiding Extraordinary Minds (GEM) and Autism Career Pathways 501c3. She is dedicated to educating others about neurodiversity, neurodivergence, and how to help everyone thrive together. Through the courses she designed, Maisie provides resources and tools for parents, professionals, educators, and workplaces to support autistic/neurodivergent individuals to be their best selves. Maisie's professional background and her life experiences guide her to help others reframe their thinking about neurodivergent people.

Maisie believes that every individual, whether neurodivergent or neurotypical, is unique. It is essential to find the right kind of support meaningful to that person, at each phase of one's life journey. She hopes that the GEM platform will serve as a hopeful and impactful starting point for an autistic individual and everyone around them. GEM aims to amplify autistic voices to redefine and demystify misconceptions about autistic people, as well as educate our community to actively contribute to improving the quality of life for neurodivergent individuals.

Peter Dunlavey is an openly neurodivergent father, family coach, and mentor dedicated to supporting autistic individuals of all ages. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence, Pete is passionate about helping families build stronger and more connected relationships.

Pete is actively involved in leading monthly support groups for fathers, providing a space where they can share experiences, seek guidance, and learn from one another. He understands the importance of community and the need for fathers to have a supportive network as they navigate the complexities of parenting neurodivergent children. His primary goal is to equip dads with the ability to raise confident children who can self-advocate in the real world.

In addition to his work with families, Pete has served as the Chair of the Board for Autism Career Pathways, a non-profit organization in the San Francisco Bay Area. The organization is dedicated to reducing barriers to employment for autistic job seekers, promoting workplace inclusivity, and creating pathways for neurodivergent individuals to thrive professionally. Pete's leadership and advocacy reflect his commitment to creating more inclusive environments, both at home and in the broader community.
